PTC ADDED TO SCAM LIST

This site is added to scam list. Having plenty of ads for a minimum payout of $5 and that offers 1cent per ad click sound like it would never pay members. I just gave it a try to find out myself so I can write something about it. I reached payout in a matter of weeks and had requested payout through Paypal and till now I still haven't receive any payments from them and i read on their payment terms that payments are subject to take long depending on how busy they are and I guess they decided to be busy forever! Another thing is that they don't have an existing forum, all you can see is their updating back ups on their forum but you can see that for many months now. I also believe that they might have disabled the forum so they can run away from complaints from not paying members.
